RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you purchase an item from AST Suspension - USA and have a change of heart, no worries. You can return new and uninstalled products purchased from AST Suspension - USA that are in like new and resalable condition for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) for up to 30 calendar days from the date of the sales invoice, with an approved RMA # - other than a few exceptional cases, noted below. Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply for invoices over 30 days old, at the discretion of AST Suspension - USA. Purchases past 60 days from the invoice date are not returnable. Contact AST Suspension - USA for a RMA # prior to shipping. The issued RMA # must be clearly written on the package.
Returned products WILL NOT be accepted without prior authorization
Any unauthorized charge backs for items purchased via credit card will be viewed as theft and prosecuted fully. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice and return shipping must be prepaid. Returns made COD will not be accepted. All items returned must be in perfect "new" condition in the original packaging. Use all of the wrapping materials we used to get the part to you - or more. AST Suspension - USA cannot accept any returns on electrical and or fuel injection components, special order or close out items, or items that have already been installed on a vehicle, for refund or exchange.
Contact AST Suspension - USA for a RMA # prior to returning any shipment to us. The RMA # must be issued by AST Suspension - USA and must be clearly written on the package. We will send you an e-mail with the RMA # and instructions on where to return the package to and how it should be packaged. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Click to contact AST USA
